Villa Ducci's origins trace back to
medieval times. Some 13th century documents from the municipality
of San Gimignano mention a watchtower located in San Biagio around
which a village was eventually established.
The watchtower was converted to a Villa by the Ducci Family
at the end of the 19th century. The Villa has recently undergone total
renovation and while retaining its historical charm and character with a
contemporary designed interior.
It is set in beautiful landscaped gardens and magnificent views of the towers
of San Gimignano and the glorious Tuscan countryside.
